On November 6, the official website of publishing company “Muje” featured an introduction by Park Jung-min along with a photo of him.

In the introduction, Park Jung-min shared his thoughts, “Hello, nice to meet you. I ended up here after lying down thinking, ‘Should I try running a publishing company?’ Now that I’ve come this far, I’ll work hard. I’ll make it thoroughly. If there’s any small value to share, I will do so with care. I’ll make sure to keep this company going for a long time so that I can leave even just one sentence for your life. Let’s meet often.”

Park Jung-min had previously discussed his reasons for taking a break from acting and his future plans on December 1 during an appearance on the YouTube channel “Fairy Jaehyung.”

He explained, “I’ve really worked nonstop. Including small films, I had three projects I was filming,” adding, “At some point, I began to wonder if I still had the energy to show a new side of myself.”

He also expressed his passion for running the publishing company, “The biggest goal during my break is to get the publishing company on track. It’s something I’ve dreamed of for a long time, and it’s as important to me as my acting career.”

Park Jung-min also shared how, despite his desire to write, he felt he lacked inspiration due to the repetitive routine of only going between the filming set and home.

He reflected, “The stories I once gained from meeting people and experiencing life now feel like they’re being replaced by game episodes, which is disappointing.” He also expressed his hope to explore his own stories during this break and work on writing a book.
